To use certain Services, you must create an account with PixelBase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Fair Usage Policy for Shared Hosting
PixelBase offers shared hosting services under a fair usage policy to ensure reliable performance for all clients. The following practices are prohibited:
- Excessive Resource Usage: Using excessive server resources (CPU, memory, disk space, and bandwidth) that disrupts the stability of the shared hosting environment.
- Prohibited Activities: Hosting illegal content, spamming, running scripts that degrade server performance, and engaging in any activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
We reserve the right to take corrective actions, including suspending or terminating your account, if you violate the Fair Usage Policy.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in illegal activities
- Distributing malware or malicious code
- Sending unsolicited emails (spam)
- Hosting or distributing infringing, obscene, or defamatory content
- Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
7. Payment and Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but we will provide notice of any changes before they take effect.
8. Refund Policy
PixelBase offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our hosting plans. Refunds do not include non-refundable products like domain names. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund, minus the cost of any non-refundable products.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, PixelBase and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on PixelBase. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from PixelBase for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixelBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PixelBase, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Services must be instituted in a state or federal court in the United States.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
